Due to the nature of some of our products, you must be over 21 years of age to view and/or purchase from Mephisto Genetics. By purchasing from this site you warrant that you are over 21 years of age.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Except in relation to the description of products and services available to order from our website, we do not guarantee the entire accuracy of any information provided on the website.

Mephisto Genetics does not accept liability for any of the opinions expressed in, or content of, product reviews, blogs or other comments, or photographs that are shown on this site.  The fact that third-party opinions and comments are displayed does not mean they are endorsed, favoured or recommended by Mephisto Genetics or any employee.

Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your products carefully.  Mephisto Genetics is not involved in the manufacture of products and will not advise on their use or operation of the manufacturers’ guidelines.  You are urged to use all products safely and according to the manufacturers’ guidelines.

Returns

Seeds are live products so need to be treated so with due care and attention. In our care, they are stored correctly and have a shelf life longer than the time between reproduction runs. Before leaving our facility seeds pass several stages of quality control, and are subjected to at least two germination tests to ensure viability. Only once we see a germination rate higher than 90% do any seeds leave our facility for general sale.​WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OUR SEEDS! There are many conditions whereby 90% germination rate will not be achieved, as mentioned above they are a live product and we're not there to assist with germination once they are in your hands. ​However, for all Mephisto Genetics direct orders we include extra seeds per pack and freebies with all orders to give you every chance possible to get successful results from our company. Think of these freebies and extra seeds as a friendly insurance. And these freebies are also not guaranteed, and we are under no obligation to replace any orders. 

Returning your order
We would actually not wish for any seeds to be returned by post, as the journey through the postal system can be detrimental to these delicate live products. If you have any problems with your order then we suggest you contact us using the Orders and Returns page and (if possible) send us photos of the package and merchandise that has the problem, this way we're able to rectify the situation a lot quicker. 

Returning Other Items Purchased Through Our Website
If you need to return other items like stickers or apparel bought on this website, for any reason we will swap or refund your item, under the following conditions: The item is unused you send us photos of the item, including packaging no more than 21 days has elapsed since purchase return postage costs are at your expense. If you have any other problems or queries then feel free to contact us, using the Orders and Returns form and we will get back to you within a normal working day.

Promotions

All promotions are subject to stock. At times we may run out of the advertised breeders and strains. In the event that this happens, we shall replace the promotional items with other promotional stock.

An address error is not covered by our Stealth Shipping promise.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above.

We will refund any postage costs incurred when returning items back to us. In the UK, items should be returned via First Class Recorded Delivery. Overseas, items should only be returned using your country’s national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for guaranteed next day services or other courier services.

Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us first, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please detail which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.

We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.

Refunds

We will refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.

Refunds will be made by crediting your card or by a cheque, depending on the method used for payment.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Copyright And Trade Marks

Mephisto Genetics does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them. The copyright in Mephisto Genetics and the content of all the software, website and pages relating to the Mephisto Genetics website is owned by, or licensed to Mephisto Genetics.  It may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of Mephisto Genetics, all photographs on it and its marketing materials.

You may use Mephisto Genetics content for private and non-commercial use only i.e. to view, copy and print portions of Mephisto Genetics content for the sole purpose of placing orders.

Mephisto Genetics has tried to make the descriptions (including all pictures) of the products as accurate as possible but you should check the dimensions stated on Mephisto Genetics or contact us for exact sizes, in case of clothing items. Mephisto Genetics will carry out its services with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees in respect of other person’s services.

Mephisto Genetics makes no promise that the use of Mephisto Genetics.com will be uninterrupted or error-free.  Our website is provided on an ‘as available’ basis.  In the event of technical errors, we will do our best to repair them as quickly as possible.

For this reason, Mephisto Genetics can accept no responsibility for products intercepted or lost in transit, if you place an order for a product to be sent to a country where it is illegal.

We refuse to sell cannabis seeds to anyone we have reason to believe is not going to use for personal use only or to use them in a country where cultivation is a criminal offense.

Mephisto Genetics does not encourage the use, supply or production of illegal drugs or controlled substances in any way.
